- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Ewing is an excellent family practice doctor who genuinely cares about her patients and takes the time to sit down and discuss in length the health issues and plan of care for her patients. She really listens and tries to help to the best of her extent. That said, the clinic staff more than make up for the helpfulness of Dr. Ewing. I just got off the phone with someone there who said there was nothing they could do about an urgent prescription refill because Dr. Ewing was on vacation (despite there being another physician covering for Dr. Ewing). While she did finally, grudgingly, pass along a message to the on-call physician, who did respond promptly, I was left feeling frustrated at the overt apathy of this clinic's staff.December 19, 2016by Rebecca Forgan
